about Dr. Reiss:

Dr. Diana Reiss, was awarded the degree of Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2004. In addition, She became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2007. Only approximately 6% of all US Physical Therapists have this specialty. In 2010, she realized her dream and established Reiss Physical Therapy & Rehab, Inc.

Dr. Reiss’s experience in variety of outpatient clinical settings have taught her a great deal about what it means to be a physical therapist and how important it is to provide the absolute best quality of care.

She has a strong manual therapy background and extensive experience in treating patients with both orthopedic and neurological musculoskeletal disorders, including pre and post-operative, sports injuries, chronic pain, arthritis and more.

Dr. Reiss is committed to providing a high standard of quality care, and values one-on-one interaction with her patients.  Providing patients with the most effective evidence based treatment means that you get the most out of your session when we meet. I won’t waste your time and money in session on those adjunct therapies you can provide yourself on your own time.

She believes that building strong patient rapport is essential to making patients at ease and happy during their course of treatment. This has also proven to be highly beneficial in achieving results.  Dr. Reiss has a high success rate in helping patients achieve their personal and functional goals.

Dr. Reiss has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2001. She is also a current member of the California Orthopedic Manual Therapy Special Interest, Orthopedic and Private Practice sections of the APTA. She is licensed to practice physical therapy in California and New York.
