Cost / Cash Pay / Insurance
The cost is $250 for the initial physical therapy evaluation, which includes your first treatment session. Follow-up sessions are $195 each.
Your insurance may cover some or all of your physical therapy. If you’d like help checking your benefits, you can email me your insurance card (front and back) and date of birth, and I’ll take a look for you.
The number of sessions varies depending on your diagnosis and goals. Many patients begin to see meaningful progress within 5–6 telehealth visits, with some requiring additional sessions for more complex or long-standing conditions.
Each session is highly focused and individualized, allowing us to get directly to the root of your symptoms and create a clear, effective plan.
You’ll know exactly what to do between sessions, which helps you stay consistent and continue improving.
Good Faith Estimate (GFE) Notice for Self-Pay Patients
Under the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling, or at any time. If your bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the bill.
For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-MEDICARE.
Call or email to discuss how telehealth works or for payment questions.
Prescriptions / Referrals for Physical Therapy
In California, you can start physical therapy without a referral (this is called direct access). You may receive treatment for up to 45 days or 12 visits without a prescription.
Some insurance plans require a physician referral for reimbursement. If you’re unsure, I can help you check.
In some cases, I may recommend that you see a physician to rule out more serious or unusual causes of your symptoms.
Please note: We do not accept liens or workers' compensation cases.
