New Patient FAQ

Hello and welcome!

Everyone is different, but many patients begin to see meaningful progress within the first few visits. The total number of sessions depends on your specific diagnosis, goals, and response to treatment. The goal is to identify the root cause of your symptoms, address your functional goals, and transition you to an independent home program we develop together. All care is delivered via telehealth, allowing for focused, one-on-one sessions. You will learn self-treatment strategies and how to manage symptoms using evidence-based interventions.

This approach is designed to be efficient and cost-conscious.

Cash rates: Initial evaluation (including first treatment) is $250. Follow-up visits are $195 per session. A Good Faith Estimate is available to self-pay patients upon request, in accordance with federal law.

Telehealth is both convenient and cost-effective. Care is designed to be efficient and focused. Many patients require fewer visits over the course of care, with sessions spaced out based on individual needs and progress. Providing the most effective evidence-based treatment ensures you get the most out of each session. Sessions are focused on what will be most effective, without unnecessary or passive treatments that can be performed independently.

What the evidence says:

…patient satisfaction with virtual physical therapy was comparable to patient satisfaction with in-person services. (Erica Fritz Eannucci et al., “Patient Satisfaction for Telehealth Physical Therapy Services Was Comparable to That of In-Person Services During the COVID-19 Pandemic,”  HSS Journal, Oct. 2020: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7571303/)
